1. Definitions
The Conditions of Sales mentioned here are notices and conditions of sale applicable to all buyers including prospective buyers in respect of sales. ”Work” or “works” means works by Ahmad Zoay on/ off site. “Price” means aggregate price, the premium (if any) and any taxes, insurance (if required) and shipment cost (if any) payable by the buyer.

2. Reserve
Ahmad Zoay may place a reserve on any of the available works. Neither the prospective buyers nor other person on the buyer’s behalf may reserve the work on their own.

3. Buying
All prospective buyers shall have to mention their interest in the available works via email or via telephone. Ahmad Zoay reserves all the rights at his absolute discretion to refuse any prospective buyer without giving any reasons.

4. Buyer’s Risk & Responsibility
The ownership in a work shall not pass until payment in respect thereof has been made to Ahmad Zoay in accordance with clause 5, After the third day following the sale, the buyer shall be responsible for any loss or damage whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

5. Payments and Collection
Payments may be subject to taxes at the prevailing rates where applicable. Subject only to any arrangements made in writing with Ahmad Zoay prior to sale, the buyer shall pay the price to Ahmad Zoay by no later than 5 pm on the third day following the conclusion of sale and shall upon making such payment be required to take away the work(s) at his own expense. In the event of payment being made by demand draft, cheque or bank transfer payment shall not be deemed to be made until the funds have been received in Ahmad Zoay’s bank account.
